What is going on with our mail, as I’ve put letters in the mailbox with the flag up and it has stayed there for 3 days and they have never stopped to pick it up, and we are forever getting other peoples mail and where does ours go? I have a package coming from the US and here is the tracking from both site’s. I know it got to Owen Sound. I had this trouble a few year’s ago with the same thing. Address doesn’t exist/moved. I’ve been here 27yrs. Boxes ae clearly marked.

Please don’t do this to me… again… the last time was early 2018 My b-certificate. I paid $12.00 for express post and never was refunded.
I usually have a female carrier and she knows me to see me.
I noticed the time stamp on this is way off. It’s closer to 6:30AM
A few weeks back a package that said was delivered was not. We checked our cameras. After contacting the company we ordered from, seems there are dozens of complaints about the Owen Sound office with packages gone missing, all seem to be from BC. Not sure if you have a scam going on, it seems that way. It would be great if you can right the situation.
For the past year we have been having trouble receiving our mail. We either get it brought to us by a responsible neighbour who recd it in their mail box, or we have had to pick it up from some else’s home. These past two weeks we have recd no mail. I get my bills during the first two weeks of the month. So far this month nothing. Bills have to be paid on time as you know. Please try and trace my mail and look into this matter. We have found in most cases, The mail carrier has not read our address correctly and delivers it to the same number on another street which is similar to ours. For example we live on 7th Avenue West and the letters are delivered to the same number but on 5th Avenue West. I would really appreciate you help in sorting this out.
