  • The item was brought back to the depot and cannot yet be collected from a postal outlet.

Our delivery agent is verifying the recipient’s address. Your item will go out for delivery once the agent has verified and corrected any issues with the address.

We try hard to verify the address on the item so that we can correctly deliver it. If we can’t verify the address, we return the item to the sender. Once the return process starts, we cannot stop it.

  1. Find it really strange that address needs verification, from a boutique I have been buying from for years. And now from poshmark items too. Canada post is getting as bad as Purolator and Ups. Seriously frustrating 😒
