Once again Canada Post being a government run ESTABLISHMENT , has made everyone’s life more difficult by increasing the amount of whoops one has to run through in order to track a package. NO! I don’t want to down load something to type my tracking # into , then wait until it decides whether or not to accept it only to find that it is not sure it was entered into the system. Where did the simpler way go where you opened ” Canada Post Tracking ” and voila there was the line where you typed in the tracking number and right away it showed exactly how far your parcel had traveled at that point in time. How many more people do we have to watch being hired to invent these more difficult ways to work what was a more easier simple and direct approach the way it was. ” If it isn’t broke , don’t fix it ! ” There is a lot to be said for that old saying.
