Thank you for your time by taking my call from the UK today in connection to the unsuccessful delivery of my grandson Jake Clegg’s parcel. Track no LB4——-7GB. With being informed that the parcel was being returned to me via email from Jakes Mother on the 20-12-2020 and be sent to boarder services from your post office, returning eventually to me in England via Customs and Excise! Then a complete shut down of communication from Jake, who was really excited and knew to expect his parcel, I was really most concerned !
I became more concerned when I used my tracker today, which showed your postal service tried to deliver the parcel yesterday! 05-01-2022. Therefore had not been returned to the UK at all as I had been told! Hence my call directly to your office.
