  1. Regular mail from Vancouver not being delivered for over 3 weeks to Victoria address since Nov 17th still no delivery as of Dec 3 2020

  2. i sent a package from Maui to Victoria – it was moving daily – from where I took it to the main depot in Maui – then to LA – then to the international transfer depot – then from LA to Vancouver. Left Vancouver for Victoria a week ago and then off the radar completely. US Postal Service – 5 stars. Canada Post 0 Stars. No Christmas for the kids.

  3. Two of my friends were sent 80th birthday cards on the 20th of September 2021. The one in Victoria has not been received and its now the 29th. I am waiting to hear from the one in Prince George. What is happening to our Postal Service?? Are birthday cards vulnerable?

  4. Absolute shit service. In the course of one week, the locked mailbox for an apartment was left open, and on two different deliveries my mail was delivered to two different locations, neither of which was my place.

I guess Canada Post can get good people. I mean, on their website, I found “weather” misspelled as “whether”, and if you want to contact them with info that might help their service improve, the wait time on the phone is prohibitive.

  5. I sent my granddaughter a Valentine, who just turned 1 in Feb. 5. Today is March 1, still not received. We both live in Victoria. I could have hand delivered it.
