I have been waiting for a medical parcel from Edmonton business, it is almost 2 weeks now.and no parcel. Pony express , great advancement in service.
Living in a major city, you would expect to get mail delivery more than once a month. just received mail that was posted august 3rd from calgary to saskatoon. 6 weeks??? really? even with staffing shortages, you could at least get the mail delivered to an area once a week surely? And having to pay to use your online experts? GET A LIFE! THIS IS CANADA NOT COMMUNIST CHINA. Though I am sure their postal system is better.
If you end up here, you first need to give your head a shake and then give your face a good hard slap!! There is NO customer service and NO people to talk to. Hopefully the slap was hard enough to make you realize that you made a bad choice to go with canada post and in future chose to go with a courier service!!!
Not a fan to hear that our mail box got broken into from the guy who came to fix the locks.
Delivery of an item pushed back 2 days so far…no help anywhere. Canadapost employees are obviously incompetent, this is the last time I will ever rely on their services if possible. Thanks for nothing Canadapost 🙂
