I want to express my satisfaction towards . the employee Mildred .I was sending a parcel to United States I was told that I have to fill out online myself I tried but I couldn’t do it.Went back and Mildred took the time and did it.So much appreciated from a 76 years old woman.She is the BEST at Rockland post office.Thank You
I have been going to the Post Office for months without issue – given that I have a breathing impediment that prevents me from wearing a mask and I need to get my daily chores done. I had never been given any trouble on the matter until today. Curiously, the same employee who in past months has always greeted me with a smile and served me brightly is the same employee who today yelled across the room at me, grumbled about how I was being a danger to everyone, and asked me to leave, only serving my wife (who was wearing a mask as she has no breathing impediment). I don’t know what caused the change in behaviour so suddenly, but suffice it to say that the behaviour was shocking, rude, and unprofessional. There is no room for this kind of atttitude in the public service – very disappointed.
