How come you are never open during your scheduled hours? Yesterday all day closed today as well. Why send packages to this location (#205 in Sidney) if no one is here to pick them up from??? Terrible service and planning on part of the Supervisor/Manager
Although the postal service worker was efficient today, her lack of simple manners was deplorable. She ‘shushed’ me when I asked about insurance for my parcel. She was in a rush; there were no customers waiting for service and passed me my receipt with ‘permission’ to vacate. Small pleasantries like saying Good morning, when I wished her one would go a lot farther.
