My house sitter was unable to pick up a parcel (I have no idea who sent it) even though Canada Post has a letter on file allowing her to do so. The Delivery Notice was filled out poorly by the letter carrier and the number won’t work in Canada Post’s system, so I was unable to get online help to find my parcel. I have a photocopy of the Delivery Notice but it’s unlikely it’s helpful since the number looks like the letter carrier didn’t remove the sticky number at the bottom. Two questions: How do I get this parcel, which looks like it was available January 5? (Even this was done wrong, stating May 1 as the date of the Delivery Notice dropped of in January.) How do I email a new letter authorizing Janice Foldes of 412-455 Sitkum Road to pick up for all parcel mail addressed to 409-455 Sitkum Road for Carol Roberts, Suzan Lauder, Jaroslaw Wyshnowsky, and Jerry Wyshnowsky? This would be at the Westside PO Pharmasave #059 100-180 Wilson St. Victoria BC V9A7N0. I am currently in Mexico for 2.5 months and do not have a fax machine. Mail in Mexico takes 8-12 weeks, so I’d prefer to email the letter.
