Why did it take 8 weeks to deliver a letter to an address in Orillia mailed in Orillia with more than adequate postage? Letters mailed at the same time to Whitby, Toronto and London took 2 weeks to be delivered.
I would really like an answer and it does NOT have anything to do with COVID 19!
I am so sick of paying 10-15$ to have packages delivered and the driver does not buzz my apartment and just leaves a card to go pick it up at a location that i have to pay someone else to go pick it up. He does not buzz and i know this because i am disabled and dont leave my house. This happens on a regular basis and im sick of it . Do your job,and if you cant do it ,quit!!
I have been trying to find out why I did not receive my parcel for two days. The key to the community box was left my mail slot. I opened the box to find out the parcel was not there. Amazon indicated it was delivered based on info from Canada Post. It is impossible to get any info or make contact with Canada Post . Very poor customer service.
