The system is working poorly
I was notified yesterday that I had a package at the PO. No card was in my mail
I drove to the PO with the notice and learned that the package was “out for delivery”
I met the post man. He did not have my package but he did have a notice that it was at the PO. I drove to the PO. Once again only to discover that was closed at 11:00 am. I called the PO. But there is no recording to say when it will be open.
Now I have to drive back AGAIN. That is three trips all if which were not necessary
Why did staff not check to see if my package was there on my first visit?
Why do they not record their hours on the phone?
Why, given that Canada Post was paid to deliver a package Do I have to spend my time and make multiple trips just to get it
This is in my opinion VERY poor service
