Absolutely ridiculous!! Dropped an envelope into the mailbox that is RIGHT BESIDE the Lethbridge Post office on Jan 7th and only going to Calgary. STILL not there Jan 27th. Frick. I could have walked it there several times already. No wonder the world is giving up on Mail.
Kind, caring & sympathetic supervisor Bill went out of his way to pick my heavy parcel @ Henderson post office & drops it off for me due to my disability, no car nor family.
He ought to get a raise! Building postman wouldn’t drop anything nor ring my door bell.
I tried calling the 1 800 267 1177 number to cancel all unaddressed ad mail from being delivered to my mail box but after 5 minutes of being forwarded I gave up.
Please advise if there is a more efficient way to cancel the ad mail.
I’ve recently moved so I got my new key from the post office , they were suppose to change the key on Dec 5 so I waited and since then I can’t get in the damn mailbox they key won’t turn I’ve tried to get ahold of the post office and supervisor on the phone they won’t answer I called the 1 800 they still won’t answer, I’m getting pissed
Wondering where to start looking to find a package that arrived by USPS? They told me to check with the local Canada Post Office.
They delivered a package in my box that is so wide I can’t pick it up with my hand or fingers
I can’t get a hold of them on the phone to put it in a larger partial post box
I’m not sure what to do now
