Hi, could someone please ask the lady at the counter to stop chatting for with everyone for non postal related stuff. She just goes on and on and on and the lineup gets longer and longer. There no one else was working at the time. By the time I got to the counter I didn’t say more than 2 words to her as I didn’t want to get her started and I’d been standing there for 10 minutes. She is nice and very friendly but she needs to serve customers more efficiently.
Canada Post didn’t leave my parcel over the Xmas holidays and now it’s at the post office. I work during the day and week, I can’t get there by 3:00 PM when PO closes. Shouldn’t there be a second attempt at delivery? I’m assuming the parcel will be returned due to shortened hours?????
