No one answers the phone ever. No answers left messages. No Christmas hours posted for people that unable to make it during working hours.
I have been trying to get ahold of someone here for 3 days now with no response. I have left several voicemails and calls. This place is a joke and I wish they would hold themselves accountable. I have several missing packages now.
In the past I have had this happen and the packages were there and I was given no explanation as to why I didn’t receive them without having to inquire on there specific tracking number.

Tracking just showed me that apparently my package is at High River Post Office and the final notice was sent somewhere saying package needed picked up by April 15.
I have never received any notice. And now it is the 17th of April . How do I get my package.
