The Canada Post Office at Hart Drugs had a computer upgrade quite some time ago. Since that time their computer system does not recognize my Flex Delivery address, which negatively affects the delivery of my mail.
The Technical Branch of the Post Office (1-877-376-1212) had the Flex Delivery Branch of the Post Office investigate my Flex Delivery address and found nothing wrong with it. The problem is in the receiving Post Office, which is Canada Post, Hart Drugs, Prince George.
There seems to be a reluctance by Canada Post to correct this situation, therefore I continue to have serious problems receiving my mail. The only way I am receiving my Flex Delivery mail is to have the employees search for my parcels manually, looking to my name on the address label.
I continue to search for someone within Canada Post who can solve this serous problem. To date, all I am finding is total complacency within the Canada Post system.
