I’ve been trying to contact the location by telephone (905-945-5733).
For months, there are times that I haven’t received my power bill, water bill and credit card statements. Now it’s happened again and I owe penalty fees because I never actually got my paper bills in the mail. Sometimes I get other people’s mail, and I deliver it to their homes…. why is no one returning my mail? I need my mail, I want my mail, it’s confidential information and someone has been getting my mail and not bringing it to me. This has happened for 4 years I get “south” mail and I return to their house (I am on “north”), I have received my next door neighbours mail, and I return back to them. It’s been too long that I have let this slide, now I need this fixed since it’s costing me money again and I don’t get the option for paperless mail for Grimsby water.
