My parcel was delivered to the wrong address. That person that received it has just managed to get it to me a week later. Getting through to you has been a nightmare. I just tried repeatedly to cancel the service ticket but the post office just has a recording and the phone number they gave to call is not answering and they do not have a voice mail box set up yet. Contacting you is impossibly difficult despite all the phone calls, visits, and online chats. Nothing worked and nobody answered. There must be a better way to do business than this.

Tracking Number GD026640743CA , we have tried to get this Box Stopped at your location its been looping since April 5th, 2023. your phone number 905-877-1917 No one answers this phone, it for information only, you do however provide a Phone number for Businesses that have issues with mail, 905-877-5143 x 2001. this number rings 3 times and tells you that the voice mail has not been set up. Its no wonder why for weeks no one has been able to contact your location, this should be unacceptable to Canada Post Head Office Corporate complaints department.
