I have an e-mail from a Glen Hamilton, Canada Post saying you tried to delivery a package to me 12/4/2022 but didn’t complete it. Your item contains insufficient postage #F9C-96B-557A9742.

Good Afternoon:
We live in the Alora Condominium Complex and have our mailboxes outside in a separate building. Today there was a message written Not Secure – no mail on the outside and inside of the mailbox but the mailbox was closed and there was mail inside. Would the postal carrier for our area write this on our box in permanent marker? If so, does this mean we need to consider a postal box at your station or Rexall?
