Rude guy just hung up on me when I was inquiring about a missing parcel. I’m sure it is the same guy that misplaced another parcel from a month ago (he didn’t scan it). every time I went there he said it wasn’t there. It took the better part of a week to finally get it from your location.
This last parcel is one that I am obligated to report to the police if it doesn’t show. I have the tracking page telling me to go to the post office to pick up the item but I have NOT received a card at home or the mail box. This is when the employee hung up on me when I was enquiring about the possibility that the parcel might be there.
I know he isn’t making executive salary but sheesh you really are scraping the bottom of the barrel.
