I am very unhappy with your express services. I sent a parcel to Leduc, An. over 1 week ago. The tracking showed it 2as in transit to be delivered Dec 21st, and find out it is in transit today. I am very upset with this service and from now on will use UPS. I have been checking every day.and am beginning to think the service is a joke and am not amused.
I’m a little pissed. I sent my son who lives in Calgary a hand made book from America and the post office is holding it for extra charges after I payed over 200.00 in fees here to be shipped there that’s extortion . insurance alone was 200 shipping was 150 border cost was 75 so wth are the charfing my son another 18.00 after all fees and charges have been paid. I mailed a Christmas card Dec. 9, 2022 at Sobeys post office in Okotoks. It was mailed to a man in Destiny Bay . BC. It had money in it! Someone in your offices had a very merry Christmas and the man NEVER received the card. I will never use your post office again. Someone in there is a thief.you wonder why people are not using the mail service shell this is a good reason!

I’m having difficulties as these previous comments. I can send something to Kelowna, BC and it get there in 2 days….wonderful.
The last 3 times I’ve sent something to my son in Calgary (I live in Calgary as well) it has taken almost 10 days or more. Once it took 2 months. I have resolved to take the bus and the train to drop something off in his mailbox. That is sad, isn’t it?
Please advise how we can change this.
