I received a text today at 12;25pm saying that you could not deliver our parcel successfully. Why not.? You should have left a notice card in the mailbox for me to pick the parcel up at Kenzington post office. Now you are going to return the parcel to sender!!! We need that item!! I want it redelivered asap. MW0987216876CA is your tracking number. We are not paying 1.25 with a credit card to have this parcel redelivered. If you do not get an answer at 51 Windsor Drive, Brockville ON K6V3H7 please leave a card so we can go and pick it up ourselves. This is a terrible way to do business and has never happened to us before.!!
I sent a Xmas card with a belt buckle in it. I put bubble wrap around buckle. It was obvious something was in envelope. It was a surprise so I did didn’t put return address. I did put 5 stamps on to make sure it was enough for extra weight which wasn’t much if any. ThT was mailed early Dec from Brockville to Lyndhurst. Not received. Where might it be?
This has happened to me twice in the last few days. It said for the first that a delivery was attempted but the address was wrong. The address was not wrong. The second one said the package had been delivered but it hadn’t been. We were home both times and nothing was delivered. I did receive the first package after contacting central Canada Post. The parcel was found and delivered the next day. I haven’t yet started the process to find the ‘delivered’ package. Such poor service. Some of our mail is being delivered to a house across the street.
