I have not received a parcel I ordered online. It says it was delivered to my postal box on Jan 25/2021. I have not received the parcel nor did I get a key in my box to get it from a larger box. My address is 179 Glendale Bay, Brandon. Phone 204-727-4351. The parcel contains a pair of shoes. This is the second time this has happened to me in a number of months. Both times the parcel contained shoes. If it delivered to the wrong mailbox, then it should not be recorded as deliver to me. The tracking nbr is 2012559603607349. Is it possible to have door to door delivery in Glendale Park, then parcels will be delivered to the correct address? I am not pleased with being out the shoes, nor being out a great deal of money. Can I be compensated for the full amount from Canada Post?

Im not impressed with my mailman, I ordered a couple of items and both times i got a notice to pick up the parcel, I requested to leave at my front door. NO ONE buzzee my apt either time. I use a walker and I don’t drive so going to get my parcel because your mailman diddn’t feel like going upstairs is pretty low and lame. If it’s the older mailman I had about a month ago he got upset with me as when I was buzzed fro thatparcel I said i was on my way down and it takes me abit so I obviously missed him going up the stairs when I took the elevator to go down. I went outside and waited by his truck and he got huffy when I asked him if he had my parcel for my apt and he said it was there , but it wasn’t when I left to go downstairs. Maybe he put it at a diff apt with a 7 in it? I’ve never had a snarly mailman before , all the other ones do buzz you or bring it up to your floor, what’s with this guy who delivers on Ottawa Ave in Brandon MB ? If he’s having a bad day or he just is spiteful to me for that day, aren’t you supposed to honor when a customer asks for deliverd to my front door? Not just leave a card ? I have a third parcel coming that will fit in my mail box so I’ll see if he puts it in there or I get another card. Really not happy with this. The other two mailmen/women were really nice people. This one is not friendly at all. If I get a card a third time when I ask for delivery to my front door (no apt option but common sense you deliver it to the apt door as my neighbor has all the time her parcels are at her door) if I get a third notice when that parcel could be put in the mail box easily, I’m going to find out his name and take it from there. Not everyone is a energizer bunny and can bounce to their car and go pick something up, and he has seen me with my walker. Maybe he’s a nice person other wise but shit don’t treat customers like that when you can deliver the parcel to the apt door.
