A parcel has been mailed to my address from Justin Lalande of 8 chemin cote-d’un-mille Chelsea, on March 24, 2020 and did not reach me yet.
In his last communication Mr Lalande said: “Hopefully you will receive the parcel with all the chaos we have”. I could not understand what he was saying, but it seems there is a problem with the post office delivery system.
Please find out why the parcel is not delivered yet.
I ordered a package to be delivered at home, I’m working from home during the pandemic so there shouldn’t be any issues right? Well the delivery guy decided not to make an attempt to deliver my package. I got an email saying an attempt was made, had to waste time on the phone to get my tracking number because no attempt = no attempt card! I went to the post office to pick it up, the lady working there was serving people with her mask not covering her nose, she also kept touching her nose since the mask was in the way. Didn’t see her clean her hands once serving the 3 people ahead of me. Anyway, I told her no attempts were made, she got my box and says “well it’s heavy, he didn’t want to hurt his back”. Excuse me? So you’re saying because he can’t perform his job, I have to wait an extra day to be able to pick my package up and waste my time to go and retrieve it? If the guy doesn’t want to deliver packages, there’s other jobs out there.
