Please remind rural delivery persons to be careful to deliver to correct address. I just had a package “delivered” to someone else’s box and now am out $35. Cannot get a refund because it was scanned as delivered.
For the Postmaster: I have a parcel coming from China and my name and address are as follows: Jack Fortin, 3754 Nico Wynd Drive, Surrey, BC, V4P 1J3. I gave them this info when I purchased my item. When I received an email from them two days ago 28 Feb I noted that they had, for some reason unknown to me, had sent my package to my address but instead of Surrey, they put in 100 Mile House. As I gave them the postal code I am hoping the parcel staff in Vancouver will pick up on this mistake and send the parcel to me. I have tried for about four hours but unable to speak to a human voice on the computer sites related to Canada Post. In the event that the parcel is sent to 100 Mile House…could it be sent back to me??
